The latest investment in our machinery ensures the realization of our promise of quality and delivery reliability. On European scale, our large-scale vacuum forming machines leverage automation to stabilize quality.
The CMS EIDOS vacuum forming machine, commissioned in November 2024, strengthens our production machinery. As technology develops and material requirements change to the latest, our investment enables us to serve our customers even more cost-effectively. By modernizing our machinery, we also ensure the praised delivery reliability and high-quality manufacturing in the future.

Dimensional accuracy by professional personnel and automation

The dimensional accuracy of the piece produced by vacuum forming is largely dependent on thermal management. On older machines, our professionals adjust the variable temperature of the machine throughout the day to meet our requirement for precision. In the next generation of machines, there are several adjustable parameters, and the devices automatically regulate the heat to ensure uniformity.

Our formable sheets have a material thickness of 2-10 mm. Regardless of the material thickness, the new forming machine and its automation are at their best in achieving dimensional accuracy. The maximum opening size of the new machine is 2000 x 3000 mm, but the pieces that can be formed with our versatile machinery can be even bigger.

With three extruders in our own sheet production, we manufacture polyethylene plastic sheets in almost unlimited colour options. Other types of plastic sheets are purchased according to the customer’s needs

Large plastic pieces in sets of hundreds of pieces

Our production is at its best in series of hundreds of pieces and in the forming of large products. Production molds are mainly made of aluminium, but we are also able to utilize other materials in the production of molds.

For industrial-scale productions, the aluminium mold includes thermal regulation piping to meet high quality requirements. Mould cooling can also be used to speed up the production cycle. Even mold cooling has the same objective as vacuum forming machine heat management: the effect of heat on plastic dimensional changes can be controlled evenly for the entire piece to be formed.
